Holiday Boutique Items

I'm gearing up for a local holiday boutique here in Kansas City, KC Sizzling Sapphires (check out their FB event page) and making some fun things.

Vintage framed postcards for Christmas:

The repurposed wood items turned out really cute:

I've also been playing with PicMonkey and have designed a few new things:

Free printable!  "Your Love Is" jpg may be downloaded by right-clicking on the print and doing a save as to your computer.  Please just reference this blog and link back to it when promoting this on-line.  Thank you!

I love learning new things and the chalkboard art is so fun right now!!!  The one pictured above is available for sale at my ETSY shop in an 8 x 10 or 11 x 14 size print.

Washi Tape Frame & Art Print

I love washi tape!  Just saying the name makes me happy.

WASHI TAPE!!!  (lol)

Well, saw a great pic on Pinterest the other day where they used washi tape as a frame around pictures.  Thought that was a really cleaver idea!

I decided to try it myself on one of my new prints (so exciting)!

So quick and easy.  This Washi Art print is available on my Etsy site for $15.00.

New line of Mixed Media art prints available now on Etsy

It's been a long time since I've posted anything....so much happening.  I'm going to try and commit to being faithful to this blog site, my newly revised ESTY site, etc...

Over the last few years, I've attempted to put my hand to mixed media art. I've so enjoyed the release it gives me to express myself in a new way and ultimately, bring glory to God. I'm happy to show you all some of my work that I've had printed and is now for sale on ETSY. Come take a look:

Here are a few of my favorites:

This is a new endeavor for me and I look forward to adding more prints in the days to come.

Have a wonderful rest of the week!

It's been a long time

Where has the time gone?  We are already 15 days into the new year and I see that it as been months since I have posted to this blog.  My priority last fall was promoting my Christmas CD that I recorded and now in 2 weeks I'm off to India for almost 3 weeks!  Crazy, right?

I have had a little time to do some painting.  The amazing Donna Downey at Simply Me has this wonderful monthly video class called Canvas Create.  So here's my canvas that I created this month and so looking forward to next month's class.
